Founded in 1981 and later acquired by Alberto CRACCO in 2007, SOFINE S.A. has grown into a dynamic and multicultural trading company.
Our Team
Today, our team is composed of 9 professionals with diverse backgrounds and expertise. We bring together a mix of languages and cultures – including English, Spanish, and Japanese – enabling us to operate seamlessly in global markets.

His backgound:
Doctor in Economics from the University of Verona (Italy) and University of Passau (Germany)
2-year ETP (Executive Training Program) in Japan funded by the European Union
Siemens AG: 4-years in the Financial Control Department
Following this, he founded Polybrokers in Monaco in 1997, specializing in the export of food and beverages to East Asia.
He is also co-founder of Granvilla, a brand dedicated to premium Food&Beverage products line, of Dimont, an Italian brewery, of Original Japan and Warai Sushi, a chain of sushi takeaway corners operating in Italian supermarkets , and of Sinodrink, an importer and distributor of beverages in China.
Passionate about economics and international trade, Alberto acquired SOFINE S.A. to expand into the commodities market and leverage his global network to develop new opportunities in agricultural and metal trading.
